New Vishnu 3.2 Software Problem

I keep getting unable to open Comm1 error message when trying to go online with the new 3.2 software. I have version 3.1 on my computer as well and it connects fine.

Any suggestions??

try any of the other comm #'s, one of them will work

Suggestion: Fill out a tech call back request from our website or give us a call. One of us can help you on the spot or call you back as soon as possible

Sounds like you just need to set up the Comm port in the PROcede software. Real easy to do.

I'm gonna mess around with it when I get home tonight. I just don't understand how I can open the previous version and connect, close it and open the newer version and I get a comm error.

How late are you guys there in case I need to call?

Reinstall the software again

It should be fine after it

which com is your cable assigned to in your windows device manager

When you switch to the right com #, exit out of the process reader and get back in again. That happened to me last time.

i think you are supposed to fully uninstall the previous software. the comm in question might be in use by the previous version.
