Crevier BMW & Irvine BMW "Complimentary Carwash"
Hello guys, have you guys went to Crevier BMW or Irvine BMW just to get a carwash? It seems like there is such a service there from 7AM to 3PM everyday. Do we have to buy our car from there? What is the process of getting your car washed there?

I take my car to Crevier once a week to get it wash. They do a pretty good job too. They wash, vacuum, and shine the tires. It sometimes takes an hour+ because so many people are there. If it's not busy, it usually takes about 25 minutes. I know for sure you have to buy your car from them to get it wash for free.

If you buy your car from them they give you a preferred customer sticker that you put on your windshield that tells them that you bought it from them, and they will wash it. It does take kinda long though... and they always fog up my fucking headlights.

If you do have expensive rims with nice chrome deep dish with gansta offsets, DO NOT bring it to Irvine BMW for a wash!!! Their wash rack has a railing on the right hand side that may/will curve your rims.... YES, speaking from personal fucking experience!

I got mine at Long Beach and they'll wash it, but it can take 2 hours. I don't think they even check if you bought it there.
McKenna is just shit. No loaner or anything.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

i think if you read some threads in the new car/ car ordering section in regards to a "to do" checklist when picking up your car from dealer, it is common for you to never let the dealership wash your car as they will leave swirls. So I am going to assume that if they are offering the car wash for free, i am pretty sure they will do a half ass job. If you have gotten a car wash at the dealer recently and have not detailed you car since, go check in the sunlight to see if there's any swirls on your car.

that sounds pretty cool but i think you had to have bought a car from them.
the last time my car was at the stealership i went to, they supposedly "washed" my car. It was more like a quick hose and slight wipe. |

nick alexander swirls my shit up, i know that for sure. can't speak for other dealerships.
but if youre too cheap to go to a car wash and dont/cant want to have the dealership do it... DO IT YOURSELF. Like $40 of supplies from pep boys will get you 40 washes at least. Elbow grease, you lazy californians! Gooooooo flame war |
