$811 US is still a pretty hefty payment IMO.

Its a really nice car, the wheels are sick... but I'd suggest not including the mods, throwing in some more of an incentive to drop those payments down and then offering the mods for a fair used price to the person who is taking the lease 1st, then parting out the rest.

Thanks for the feedback... the mods are built into the lease except for the winter wheels. Can't part it out.
In the US my car may not seem like much of a deal as prices for BMW's are generally lower than in Canada. My posting is geared toward a Canadian resident.
