WTF is this, and how do I get rid of it?
I just finished washing my mom's car and noticed this on her car. It's really stubborn; won't come off unless I rub at it like crazy with a microfiber towel. Still, there has to be an easier way to get it off, right? It feels like it's tar...
I haven't tried claying yet, because I don't have a claybar at hand. So, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I'd go with some Turtle Wax or Meguiar's bug and tar remover. Should take care of it, the stuff is great.

I would use Surf City Grime Destroyer. It worked well taking tar and burnt rubber off my wheel wells.

Bug and Tar Remover + a little elbow grease is the way to go.

Yup, this worked for me. Glad to see the car spotless again. It felt like the tar was on there for a while, cause it definitely took a lot of elbow grease!
