OC dyno results
my mods: V3 Rev I, AR DPs, DCI, VK IC.
I installed VK IC this morning and wanted to see the numbers. This is Dyno Dynamics and the numbers are really low. This was on 91 oct. . On the 3rd pull, I think the car was more adapted and it gained 20 whp more. My previous dyno with V2 and drop in filter (forgot the name) make 315 whp and 350s wtq on dynojet. Other members who were there this afternoon please post your results in here Last edited by ontopofm; 04-04-2009 at 10:36 PM.. |

most dyno dynamics read even lower than most mustang dyno
may be the hose at intercooler has boost leak (clamp not tight?) since u just got the VK installed? |

All the Dyno Dynamics machines read very low - I think they're probably the most conservative dyno out there on the market! Over here in the UK, I ran on a Dyno Dynamics machine, and then a few days later on a Dynojet... the Dynojet gave me 38whp more !!!! Thing is, most of our good dyno places here in the UK use Dyno Dynamics machines, so I only go by those figures for comparison purposes...

If you look at the dyno sheet where which has just power and boost, it's doesnt look like a boost leak to me. Also the procede data logs, it's saying so

The dme adpated by itself, i didnt touch anything. I thought boost was supposed to be dropped instead of increased. Notice that on the Procede software it read 15.5 psi but measured 14 psi on dyno

Wow it looks pretty bad. Not the numbers so much, I can understand dynos read differently, but the curves are all over the place. I think the question to ask is there something wrong with your car, or is it just a crappy dyno. If other 335is dynod let us know their results and if the charts were smoother or all over the place.
