Control arm bushings?

whats up guys

just like it says in the title. my guy that just finished my muffler delete said that my control arm bushings are shot and it may be causing my steering rack to move? i heard clunking when i would turn the wheel at really low speed or stopped and automatically thought steering rack?

do the bushings go that fast (16k miles) and can i ask my tech at bmw to give me the e90 m3 control arm bushings?

if anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated!

Go for the m3 bushings! There is a pic of the difference somewhere on here. The stock bushings were mushed.
