This Kit is brand new. I bought a 2nd set of studs for my car when I thought I was swapping to a BBK but then never used them.

What's the purpose for these? Are they for track guys to make changing the wheels easier or something?

They are to make putting the wheels on easier. For track guys it helps make the wheel changes faster, I put them on to run different size spacers and play with wheel fitment plus i like the look as they give it a more "race appeal"
