Black E46 M3

I can't believe this, but my buddy told me that a few months ago he was cruising down 95 from Wakefield in a Jetta GLI when a black E46 M3 (black windows) pulled up next to him and down shifted a few gears.

He was punching the throttle to get my buddy to bite, he bite...they went up to around 140 when the M3 got behind him and turned on the blues

Officer came up and said..."you want to keep racing" (28 year old guy). He was arrested and car impounded...lost in court and ended up without a license for 4 months...

Just remember, even if it really is entrapment, its your word against his especially bc the cop will probably say you coerced the officer to race.

Entrapment is when you are coaxed into doing something you would not normally do. This is BS if true but I am not sure it would qualify as entrapment. Speeding up when a car passes you is hardly entrapment.

If true, entrapment, but I wouldn't put anything past a cop. For every one who's trying to do right, there are two powertripping **** who'll do anything to MAKE you break the law, then LIE about it.
