Another fuel pump issue? Unique symptoms...

I had my first fuel pump without any issues (or any other issues) for the 1st 30k miles of the car life, then BMW replaced the orignal fuel pump as part of a recall.

After the 1st fuel pump, I had to replace a second one shortly afterwards due to a non-start. The diagnostic was that the pump was not holding pressure. Shortly afterwards, there were more non-start incidents, and that time, the dealer "thinks" that the problem was related the CAS module. Now, two weeks later, more non-start incidents, so it seems like the issue was not properly diagnosed the last time. So far, these incidents have not thrown any codes or faults.

For each non-start incident, the car would have long crank time (~5 sec) or the car would try crank but not start. However, each time we did finally manage to start the car by pushing the brake, throttle, and pressing the start button at the same time. Apparently this should not be normal according to the dealer.

Does this sound like a another fuel pump issue?

This would be the 3rd non-start issue my car will be having. In between the non-start issues, my car was also in the shop for steering lock, and airbag issue.

Does my car qualify for some kind of lemon and buyback?

Thanks.

How about fixing my rattling wastegates?

Or that oil cooler I was told came with my car when I ordered it... when it didn't...
