Will these rotors fit with OEM calipers?

Planning on changing the OEM rotors to the Bavarian Auto Ultimate Brake rotors set.

Does anyone know if the OEM calipers will fit on the Bav Auto rotors???

i wonder what the material and weight difference are compared to the stock ones.
