E90 335D wall porn...

Hello,

A mate of mine from work who has done some very good quality work on my car before and I went out to take some pics of the car last night.

Ant is a great photographer, and is really keen on BMW's as I have said before.

I have asked him to use some of these pics amongst the other 150 he took to produce some film strip style pictures I can blow up to mount on the wall. He may also attend at Croft/The Ring if I can convince him!!!

We are also gonna try and get some with good lighting in the background to highlight that... maybe Harrogate at night or something.

Anyway, take a look - these are far from the best, but I dont wanna let all my secrets out haha!

Yeah they do look right.

I thought long and hard about many aftermarket sets of wheels, but 225's were the right choice and when I go into BMW and sell it (assuming I sell my 18 MV3's first) I will probably get another £500 for having them, I will certainly argue the toss if not!!

Some of them I find the car just a little *too* dark - otherwise a great set of pics Matt.

What equipment did he use?

Great shots.

You may want to post those on the main photo/video area for the US of A (hole) guys to get wet over. Expect a lot of Damn's, Sweet's, Awesome's if you do. Could be another thread for Will and Neil to wind up some rednecks

I went into local dealership yesterday to buy a set of 19" 225s. They had a set on a E92 and I agree they look great.

Unfortunaltely they would not supply them for my E90 LCI because there is insufficient clearance.

The only 19" wheels they could supply where the Performance double spoke at £2,800 per set incl. tyres

Thanks for the comments guys.

Ant uses both a Camera, and Lenses.... and then Photoshop, but I dont know what he uses for what... haha!!

I have invited him along so he may say...

Anyway, the car is just on M-Sport suspension Carl, might look extra low due to the CF splitters - unfortunately going black and white has lost the weave on them which is a shame....
