help - pricing on 07 3281 convert
$41,700??? Is this in right ball park. Edmunds says so but not sure I trust.
328i convert Sparkling Graphite Metallic Grey dakota interior Cold Weather Sport Comfort access Premium Navigation Park distance controller CPO and...9,000 miles but it is 2007 CPO. Seems like the CPO warranty extension is a good deal and better than brand new car. Its the old nav and idrive system but not really needed. Any thoughts on pricing. I'm US east coast. Thanks |

Not really that interested in M3 styling (i know will get blasted for that) and really like the convertible. Just can't figure out market value - Edmunds says I'm right in ball park - same with Kelly Blue book. Not sure how much is markup for CPO and rarity in this case for 328i in stich shift (seems to be hard to find even in 09 model)

one more thing - it feels in the NYC area that demand for just about everything is starting to come back and dealers are feeling that as well. Inventories are running low. We are definitely inflating our way back.

Just to give you an idea, that same car brand new is 53825...so 12 grand less for an almost 3 year old car, but once again, only 9k miles. I don't know, it seems reasonable to me, but can definitely be haggled.

Dont forget the recent % price markup by BMW. I think it was 5-10%? So that helped a lot of owners retain their values for a car that already holds well.
