Resetting Warning Lights on 2008 328xi

Gentlemen,

I've recently purchased a 2008 328xi salvage unit and have completed repairs. I need to get the warning lights reset (seat belt and air bag) and don't really want to go to the dealer since I may need to reset multiple times to get things right. Also, I don't learn anything if I let the dealer do it. I recently ordered an INPA cable and downloaded the software but an having problems installing and using the software

Are there any reasonably priced tools/software that can read and reset the warning lights fro a 2008/e90 series BMW? Anyone out there familiar with INPA who might be able to give me a few hints?

This is my first BMW in10 years. My last was a 1986 325es I drove for 11 years and 246K miles.

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide. BTW I'm in South Jersey

Gentlemen, Thank you for the response. I've thought about the Technics software but didn't want to shell out the $300 for what I hope is a one time thing. I'll try figureing out how to PM nj323c1.
