HELP!! Dent!

Hey guys, just took my car out last night and saw a dent on my front bumper. I don't recall seeing it last weekend but probably somebody in the garage fuking around...anyways...It's a really tiny dent....so hopefully they can remove it with ease becuase the guy i used to do body work with told me the only way is to repaint it since it's plastic...but i have a clear bra on it. Anybody know of any dent doctors in Jersey that I can go seek for some assistance with the removal? Thanks!!
