Eisenmann Race on a 335i AT

Does anybody in LA or OC have an eisenmann race on an auto 335i? I love the sound but a lot of AT guys say that the drone is unbearable and I wanted to hear for myself how bad it was. Does anybody know why it drones in an AT and not in the MT?
