Missing tow hook cover and busted front bumper mesh!

Does anyone have OEM part #s for these components:

Front bumper tow hook cover
Passenger side front lower bumper mesh (I dont know if this comes as one big mesh or split into driver and passenger sides)

I seem to have lost the tow hook cover while driving over some bumpy roads, and apparently this is pretty common. Has anyone had any luck getting the dealer to replace it under warranty? I went to Center BMW y'day in Sherman Oaks, CA and they turned me down.

And the bumper mesh has some broken strings, probably due to rock chips on the freeway.. sigh! Does the new mesh need to be painted before installing?
