What do you guys think about removing the cats from my catted UR DP's?
Will it work, or will it be even worse due to the turbulence which maybe could appear in the area were the cats was removed from? I would really like to hear your thoughts about it! ![]() I will soon get a pair of new turbos, so I'm considering doing this at the same time when the DP's is already dismounted. Hp difference between catted and catless DP is only 5hp. So I personally wouldn't bother.
Or just sell your catted DPs to me and get catless ones instead ![]()

Since you're from Europe too I would def buy those DPs off from you. Just pm me if you consider swapping to catless.

Noelle Tuner guts the OEM Downpipes with their flash so i guess what we discussed earlier about the sound or turbolence might not really be an issue. Just remembered this now :-)
I would sell them and get some AR catless if i were you :-)

No offense, but you need to do more homework on this subject. As one adds more mods, the gains between catted vs. non-catted will yield more and more power (especially once custom tunes become commonplace). Even high-flow cats are restrictive and unless you live in a state where they check emissions or you're a bigtime tree hugger (which is fine too), running cats is like throwing money & easy (and significant) power out the window...
As-always, to each their own. ![]()

Did you go catless after you added the PROcede? Do you track you car? The reason I ask is that I would like to know if there was any change in the oil temps you were running at the track after going catless. I've heard arguments both ways and am hoping to hear from folks that have tunes and track their cars. Thanks.
