Hi guys...I am actively looking for a pre-owned BMW and would have to do a pre-purchase Inspection of the car I like. Could you guys pls recommend an independent service shop / Mechanic (Not a dealer)..thanks..

Try Kirberg Motors in Belmont. When I was seeling my slk a year back the buyer took it there. They got every defect down to the nats ass and also were very good with the buyer about telling him what needed to be done and when. I know they got it right b/c i took it to the dealer for the same inpsection, the dealer got the same stuff, but were like "it all has to be done now etc" very, very trustworthy shop.
