i don't think it got anything to do with the typhoon in taiwan... guess the guys & girl just had a late night drink and forgot how to drive a sports car

i still can't figure out how the driver flipped the car... maybe the center divider?

How do they know it was a DUI if they weren't there when the cops showed up?

...I know you can assume that it was. Could they simply be charged with traffic violation X plus leaving the scene of an accident?

damn those people are stupid. Why would you leave the scene they have your plates and VIN number, they know who the owner of the car is. Unless they claim it to be stolen??? What do you people think?
