Good bodyshops or a good mechanic near Seattle

Hello,

First of all, I'm posting this regarding X3. I know I'm at E90 forum, but X3 forum is basically dead silent.

I'm interested in installing the BMW OEM Aluminum side running boards for X3, and I'm going to drive down to BMW Northwest (Fife) to get parts locally. (I'm in Canada)

Does anyone know a good bodyshop that can install parts for cheap in either Seattle or Tacoma area?

Or if you are a good mechanic and know how to install Aluminum side running boards, that would work as well. I heard you will need a special rivet removal tool from BMW as that will speed up the installation process. Other than that, it would be a simple trim swap job. Another forum member on X3 told me that it took him about 1 and 1/2 hrs to complete the job.

If you think you can do it in a professional manner, please PM me with your rate.

Thanks!

Garage List
Do you mean BMW of Fife? Its the closest dealership near Tacoma. If so, Boesen is really good.. They do anywhere from volvos to high end porsche cars.. This is where I got my car fixed when I got in an accident. My car color, Arctic Metallic is VERY hard to paint match.. Other body shops have tried to paint match my car but the pain was just horrible, didn't look OEM at all.. Boesen did a really fanfuckingtastic job.

Their number is 253-471-1344, ask for David Boesen.. hes the owner.
address is:

Haury's in Lake City is another excellent body shop. I was their for a tech session a while back with the Puget Sound BMWCCA. He specializes in the German cars but does others as well. Check out his web site
