Anyone interested in splitting a BT Tool in Edmonton?
So i already bought a Bavarian Technic Tool( BT Tool) and it will work for up to 3 vin #'s. This means i can hook the tool up to a total of 3 BMW's and get all the hidden codes the dealer can see.
The tool cost me $360CAD shipped to my door. Im obviously going to use it on my car, I have one other person interested in chipping in, but im just wondering if anyone else wants to chip in. It will be $120 each which works out to exactly 1/3 the cost and will allow you to use the tool whenever you want to clear ANY codes you may have. Whoever has the BT Tool at the time will just pass it on to whoever needs it. Anyone with the N54 TT engine should consider this tool if you ever plan on running a JB3, Procede or any other aftermarket tune other then Dinan. Even though these tunes are suppose to be invisible, there are still people getting invisible codes that only the BT Tool or a dealer can see. If you get caught with the "Tuner code" say goodbye to your warranty. I believe the tuner code is a excess boost code or something btw. Link to info about the BT Tool http://www.bavariantechnic.com/ I bought the Enthusiast Package which is $287 american + shipping. Let me know if your interested. Thanks |
