One owner and was used for about 8000km.

Well, performance intakes in general allow more cool air into the engine often resulting in improved throttle response and a little more power. Simply put, it helps the car breathe better and it sounds great!

Intake alone probably won't give you much performance gains. I'm not exactly sure though. Maybe better throttle..and of course, it sounds awesome.

it will probably slightly improve the throattle response on the 323i. I had a gruppe M intake b4, and i did feel it to be more responsive after 3k rpm.

but in terms of power gain, not much, but i think most will tell you (and I) that intake/exhaust mods are mainly for sound improvements.

I dont think so. It has a very unique looking blue cone filter.
