Who's going to Willow Springs Nov 21-22 with the CCA?

It's in a couple weeks now and haven't seen any threads on it. There's around 45 people signed up so far.

Bring jackets and parkas guys. It's going to be COLD in the morning.

I kept going back hoping to see that gal that runs the gift shop again. Let's just say she has model good looks and boobs like a cut-up porn-star...Last I saw her two years ago she was a bit "underaged" but sure got a lot of rise out of some of us.

Anyway, just one of the few reasons I keep going back to WSIR.

Nothing is worse than Spring Mtn in the winter..hitting snow on that last little pass on the way into Pahrump. I froze my ass off when I first became an instructor in 1999...when I did an instructor clinic there. Buuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

A is packed. There's room in B and C but you probably won't enjoy it that much.

Signed up for the Jan. 18th Laguna event with GGC myself. Thinking about bringing the little miss Hack with me so the Big Mrs. Hack and little Ms. Hack can enjoy a weekend in Monterey while Daddy goes around in a (relative) big circle.

Which means I'll have to bring the WRX wagon instead of the MZ4 Coupe.

Do you know who has the track on the 17th? Looking for a combo opportunity.

Good times out there!!

Hope the two E92's (both grey) got moved up to "B" after that event. Both were fast for our group.

There was a freakishly fast E46 M3 (with some weird vinyl graphics on the hood) in the C group. Guy/gal was definitely in the wrong group.

Was it black? There was an E36 M3 with a Dinan badge... and a blower. I could not pull on him on the straights at all. He was also an excellent driver and REALLY cool. He NEVER complained about the slower cars.

There was a troll in C's who complained about not getting a point by fast enough but then wouldn't give a point by easily himself, and when he did, it was a limp wrist point they tell you NOT TO DO. He also didn't agree with his instructor's recommended lines and complained to the class room instructor!! Who was the chief instructor (Derren)... He went off on the last session, after they pleaded with us to take it easly the last session. Total tool.

It was a great event... as they all are with the CCA.

YES. But I was in the OTHER grey M3.

He pulled into the pits a couple times for no clear reason other than someone was on his tail... at least that 's what it looked like to us.

Why would you point him out? LOL.

I was there Sunday with the GTI. It was a really great time as usual! CCA does an incredible job of running these events! The A group side-by-side exercise was interesting...

Who was the guy in the M6 who went off between 4 and 5? Dude dumped a ton of rocks and debris on the track. And the e36 M3 who went off 8?
