Normal: smooth everything, throttle, braking etc. interspersed with some spirited driving. Slightly or occasionally above speed limit

Spirited: decidedly above speed limit, lower gear, more on throttle, harder braking, still smooth, but with purpose

Agressive: tailgating, ziz zagging and way above speed limit and flooring it at any opportunity. Not a fan of!

Normal driving:+/- 10mph of speed limit. No tailgating, minimal lane changes...maybe cruise control.

Spirited driving: Back roads of Delaware 3rd gear, tight turns, hard braking...basically an autoX course on roads!

Aggressive driving: mph>20+ speed limit. lots of lane changing, ignorant to other drivers, tailgating, putting yourself and others at great risk.

Normal driving:
Commuting, keeping with the flow of traffic, relaxed driver inputs, mindful of others' movements and maintaining appropriate following distances between cars.

Spirited driving: Canyon drive, riding the momentum of smooth braking and throttle inputs, maintaining a constant ebb and flow of speed while leaving a margin of safety.
6/10ths

Aggressive driving: Track days or auto-x, pushing myself and the car to the limit, threshold braking, keeping full throttle as much as conditions will allow, riding the edge of traction.
