Simota CF Intake & Stett CP w/ BOV question...

Need your help ladies and gents....

Does anyone know if the Simota CF Intakes will clear the Stett Charge Pipe w/ Tial BOV? If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated! I tried searching and searching but could not find anything. Thanks in advance guys and happy holidays!!!
