Help with window trim removal

Ok so I've search the forums for window trim removal and I have been successful in removing the top and rear trim pieces but I am hesitant to remove the front because the side view mirrors are sitting on top of it. The top and rear trim came off really easy and I have already painted them matte black. Can someone please explain how to remove the front trim/how to remove the side view mirrors? I also searched for a side view mirror removal DIY but couldn't find one.

Thanks

So I figured out how to remove the piece I was unsure about and painted them matte black but now I can't put them back on. I notice that the groove is slightly on an angle so you can't just push straight down. Any tips on getting them back on? If not I'll probably just put double sided tape on them and stick them on.

BTW I don't understand why people think this is so hard to do. The part that I was stuck on was a little tough. But I removed both the top and rear trims with my hands...no tools and no bending.

For the window piece, did you remove the door panel?

No I did not remove the door panel...I was searching the forums last night and it looks like I have to remove the front door panels to get the side view mirrors off. Then I can push the trim back in. I tried just pushing in the trim last night but the groove is mad tight. I'm in my garage typing this...about to attempt it again.

Alright so I finished the trim and it looks so much better...I'm so glad I attempted this. I'll be writing a DIY over vacation so expect it up next year haha. The removal was so much easier than the re-installation. Here are a few (crappy, night time) pics of the trim.

That looks really good! Looking forward to the DIY. My vinyl-wrapped trim just doesn't look as good as I want it to.

I was bored so I typed up about half of it already haha. I just need to take pictures tomorrow. Looks like it will be ready sooner than I proposed.
