Heating - same temp on both sides?

Is there a way of locking the two temp gauges together so you only have to turn one knob affect both sides of the car?

I used to have this function in my Leon and used it all the time.

Thanks!

The very latest incarnations of the climate control have replaced the REST function on the right hand dial with an ALL function that ties the two temperatures together. But I think that this is only from September 2009 build.

You could always fork out £300 and get the latest control panel.

The rest button is so you can use the residual heat if your parked up and want to keep warm without running the engine.
