Adding POI to NAV disk image.

Anyone know how I put the POI from a 2009 image into my 2010 image.

I have both images extracted as file/folders - what next?

I'd like to know also, I want to add other POI's to my disk

I have a copy of the original website which gave instructions on adding speed camera POI to earlier versions of the nav disk.

It's too big to attach here as a zip file (just under 5 mb), so I have uploaded it to Rapidshare. Does this help?
