Tyre Pressures for 32i coupe?

Hi guys,

Can anybody tell me what pressure i should be aiming for in my front and rear tyres because im very confused?? ive a 08 320i coupe msport with the 19" 225 alloy wheels on RFT's? I cant understand the message inside the door sill.

My 320d coupe was 2.5 bar front 3.0 bar rear up to three people
