Product Description:
This uprated intercooler has been designed as an upgrade on the 135 and 335 BMW models. After considerable trials with different intercoolers cores, we found that the most efficient for these models, was a core of bar and plate design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across when compared to stock.

Our own testing was conducted on software tuned vehicles, to ensure that they would be working their hardest and the results showed inlet temperature reductions of up to 15 degrees centigrade. Owners and tuning shops have reported back with complete satisfaction, not only with the increased performance but also with the faultless install.

The uprated intercooler is supplied with all parts required for the installation and comprehensive instructions. as can be seen, in comparison to the stock intercooler, the Forge unit is significantly larger.

This Part Fits:
E90 BMW 335 Sedan
E92 BMW 335 Coupe

Just by upgrading the intercooler, they are showing gains of around 10hp. As far as construction quality, they are both well made products. They also show the same gains. Let me know if you have any other questions.

From what I've read, it fits in the OE location with no cutting involved. This is very tempting...

I have the installation manual on my pc somewhere. I'll take a look through my documents and double check that for you. But I also think that there is no modification needed.

Your site says:

Forge Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler Kit for E90/92/93 BMW 335 and E82/E88 BMW 135
BMW 335 (E90) (2007-2010)
BMW 335 (E92) (2007-2010)
BMW 335 (E93) (2007-2010)
BMW 135 (E82) (2008-2010)
BMW 135 (E88) (2008-2010)

There are no 2009 or 2010 pre-facelift e90s. Is this a typo then?

Yes that is a typo. The FMIC will only work on the pre-facelift vehicles. As of right now there is nothing available from Forge for the facelifted ones. And there is enough of a difference between the two that it's not something that can be simply altered. As more information becomes available of a newer version, I'll update the thread. Sorry for the delay in replying.
