e93 suspension question

hey guys...wanted to know....I have FK coilovers like craig does...thing is mine is a vert so my rear has more weight which means mine are slammed in the rear even though they arent on the lowest setting...is it possible to use different springs in the rear to prop up the back a lil?

I also have the FKs on a VERT, but mine are not slammed, I still have about 1/2 finger gap in both rears....I was told before the install to raise the height on perch to the highest it could go because of the weight of the vert....

I had mine for over 3000 miles and it is still the same height in the rears....Matt installed them for me!! All you need to do is raise it to the maximum height and you should be good....it should leave you about 1/2 finger gap...ask Matt he knows my car quite well!!y

I will take a picture for you tonight to show you the height in my rears

definately raise the perch dan there should be room for adjustment... but yes in theory you can get springs with a different spring rate to adjust for the additional weight of the vert!

make sure you raise it 1/4"-1/2" MORE than what you want. As for replacements, I think you'll be able to fit a set of SWIFT springs on there. Hit up Harold@HP, he' knows whats up w/ them

I don't think he would need them because mine are not slammed at all, and I have a vert also....I wouldn't think fitment would be different and be on a case to case basis as far as installation and hardware adjustment

Guess you don't want ur car to be a sleeper anymore, huh?

JB3 2.0 FTMFW!!! Just ordered my BT Tool and USB cable, hope it arrives, soon! Can't wait to test it out and see what all the hype is about.
