Legal Notice Regarding BMW 2006 and 2007 3 Series Owners and Leesess

Legal Notice Regarding BMW 2006 and 2007 3 Series Owners and Leesess
United States Distric Court for the Distric of New Jersey

If you are a current or former owner or lesee of a BMW 2006 or 2007 3 Series Vehicle equipped with Bridgestone Turanza EL42 RFT 205/55R16 or 225/45R17 Run-Flat Tires, you could get benefits from class action settlement.

The lawsuit alleges that Defendants should have known that the tires were defective and prone to excessive noise and/or irregular wear, resulting in the tires needing frequent replacement and causing the vehicles to ride roughly.

The settlement provides an opportunity to be reimbursed for past and future tire replacement of the Turnaza Tires.

I got this in the mail today and you have to file before November 2010. Dont waste time. I have been always complaning about these tires to everyone and i guess it wasnt for no reason. Very happy about this even though i use my stocks for winter only. They should be punished for their faults.

Never had a problem with mt RE050s. They wore very well thru their entire lifespan of 30k miles.

I got my notice today (2006 325 with 17" bridgestones)
funny thing is that I sold these shitty tires within months of ownership...I knew there were problems with them (reason I sold it) but never knew there will be a class action against them....it's about time!!!
Those shitty tires were so harsh, it probably did some damage to my suspensions.

Just received my notice today, but I don't need to be a participant since all my tires were replaced under 10k and I didn't suffer any monetary loss.

In bold states:

Hmmm, I bought my CPO 330 about a year ago. They put new Continental RFT's on when I purchased it. I wonder if this would still apply to me?

I picked up my 325i in July of '09 - non CPO and not from a BMW dealership and they still found me; the used car dealership I purchased from also put on 4 new Conti's. Im not sure what, if any claimed stake I may have.
