Can you claim your pedal was stuck if you get pulled over for speeding?

I don't see why not. As long as your accelerating non stop. So your speed has to be consistently increasing.

I'll try it with my 335i. I'll tell them BMW and Toyota get accelerator pedals from the same manufacturer.
