Gear knob where to buy?

Hi guys,
i am looking for original bmw 318 gear knob, mine got few scratches, so need replacing.
Original gear knob is half leather, half silver (standart)
I been looking on ebay, but can only find chrome M gear knobs, i dont like chrome.
Can any one advice please
Also, is it difficult to replace gear knob?

Easy to replace. Just pull really hard and be careful not to smack yourself in the face
