Downpipes - Before & After
Still not sure if I will do the FMIC alone or if I will go DP also...
What is your experience...?
Thank you!

1. yes
2 yes its much better for sure 3 this question is difficult....if you get catted DPs then it will be almost the same sound as stock....Catless it will still not drone all that much, but the exhaust tone will be louder compared to stock....You had a totally catless system with aftermarket exhaust and there will be some drone....some more than other depends on exhaust system 4 You will hear the turbos spool more 5 There are gains for sure, the exact HP I would say somewhere between 10-15 hp maybe more 6 If you get catted, then you should be okay, but if you get catless, it depends on state your in, but if you leave secondary cats in place, I don't know if it will pass. |

In order to pick which to do first, FMIC or DPs I would consider how hot it gets where you are. If you are in a VERY hot climate then do the FMIC first and then DPs. But at the end of the day do both

I think you'll be really happy with catless DPs.
It's not just the power gain; it's also the faster spool/better throttle response. The slightly louder engine sound at WOT is an added bonus, IMHO. Like other posters mentioned, you'll need an upgraded FMIC to go with those DPs. Also +1 on the relative importance of the FMIC upgrade being climate-dependent. |

Unless you get meth. Then DP is better to do first.

Dps first IMO, good hp gain, faster/louder spool and great sound.
