Vista Harness Install Help

I just bought a CPO 07 328i, and wanted to get the LED angel eyes. With the suggestions of fellow posters, I settled on the Lux 5.0. I tried to install the vista harness so that I can have them run as DRLs. I double checked and triple checked my connections and they still do not come on. When I start up the car, the angel eyes flicker a few times then turn off.

Given that, what could be wrong? Also, any tips regarding this install would be great.

Without the harness, do the angels work fine?

Yes, my angel eyes work fine without the harness.
