Warning Sign Still On After Changing Brake Pad
Hi guys,
Please help. Anyone knows how to reset the warning sign even after changing the brake pad and sensor ? Mind one is 2007 E90. Many thanks! ![]() |

so, assumed you are not done that with BMWHK, right?
are you using the stock brake kit or else?

ok then, if everything is stock/OEM, u will need a workshop who can reset the alarm for you.

Don't know if this is the same thing, but there's a reset procedure to make warnings go away (they come back on if the problem still persists). It's in the BMW owner's manual - try looking for the Run-Flat section. The procedure for resetting the Run Flat sensors is the same for resetting warnings in general. I apologize that I don't have the manual with me at the moment to provide you with clearer directions.
