Hey All,

Looking for a nice set of suspension to fit my '06 330Xi. I am open to all offers that will fit on my Xi, but am mostly focused on Koni yellows and H&R Sport springs...preferably with reasonably low miles.

im not positive, but i dont think koni makes struts for the Xi. so you may be out of luck.

this is true... Check the XI section for suspension that is compatible..

chances are you are going to have to buy the struts new bc i have been checking for some xi struts and seems like whoever buys them keeps them.. let me know what you end up with!

Really??!! I coulda sworn I've seen people running koni/h&r setup in the Xi forum...

Someone with an Xi and aftermarket suspension please chime in!

i have an xi, and have done a lot of research. honestly you have 2 options, you can do a bilstein strut / h&r or eibach setup, or you can do coilovers. The rear struts from the i's work on our cars, but not the fronts. Koni does not make a shock for us yet.

i have been waiting for a few months for someone to throw a used setup up for sale on this forum. truth is, there are very few people with xi's that lower them so there isnt very many used setups for sale. and on top of that, if they do have an aftermarket setup, our factory struts are so horrible that they arnt going to go back to stock unless its to trade in the car.

basically, you just need to pony up and buy a set.
