Question Can the JB3 2.0 read these 3 parameters

DME BOOST ACTUAL
DME BOOST TARGET
THROTTLE BLADE POSITION

I see that the "DME Boost Actual" is read by the ECU as the JB3 is outputting that signal in to the ECU.
The "DME Boost target" is the output of the JB3 TMAP sensor.
And from those two "Throttle blade position" is modeled.

Is this correct?

The boost the ECU observes, DME actual boost, can be read by any tune. That is what they adjust to trick the ECU in to thinking it is running the stock boost.

The target boost is modeled by the JB3. It's not directly read. Same for throttle blade position. The structure of the JB3 boost control system doesn't require precise target boost information as the ECU itself is doing the fine tuning on the targeting and it already knows that value. The JB3s job is just to rescale the value in to a range the ECU is happy with.

Got it! Thanks

More misleading info. None of those parameters are read by the jb3. DME actual boost is not read either. What is read by the jb3 is the desired MAP voltage output it is sending to the dme. The actual voltage being fed into the dme and what boost actual reading the DME translates this voltage to is NOT read by the jb3. These values are all internal to the DME. Reading with an external device (jb3) is only possible by reading data off of the CAN network.

Shiv you're getting pretty ridiculous now. The JB3 is generating the voltage signal, so of course it knows what voltage it is creating. It's loggable in the JB3 interface as ECU PSI. The DME itself converts that voltage to kpa. Since the V4 logs PSI like the JB3 instead of kpa it must not be reading the value either right? Pretty silly argument.
