About to pull the trigger on an 08 cpo e93 with 24k miles, warranty through march 2012 and cpo through march 2014. Car has nav, sport, premium, automatic, comfort, iPod, park dist, dynamic cruise, sat prep. Dealer is asking 42,500 out the door plus tax.

That sounds pretty good to me -what do you guys think?

Forgot to add that with promotion also get free maintenance through march 2014 too. Also forgot to specify it is a 335i

Sounds pretty expensive too me.. A friend bought an 07 one w/ about 30-40 miles on it for like 30k..

Seems a little high but more or less in line with what I see browsing (on a daily basis now...), if it were me I'd try and talk them down but it's a fair enough price IMO

i'd try for that price after tax, but even that seems a little high. I'm not sure though, i've never really looked at the E93's

WAYY too much. i have pretty much the same thing, i have 26,877 miles but an 07, dealer originially asked 33k - i talked him down to 30k, then traded in my 04 vw R32 for 14k, and another 5 grand down. 40 seems to be about 10 grand too much for me; but thats just me -- i'm in north carolina; cost of living, average price difference might be in play, but i wouldn't think cost difference between where you live and where i live would be 10 grand.

I bought an 08 cpo e93 sport,prem, comfort, cold weather, sat prep, hd radio, steptronic (no nav, no dynamic cruise, no park distance) but it had 1900 miles for $43k plus tax, title, etc in Dec 09.

You do realize that we are talking about E93 Convertibles?
