There is a huge discount on '10 3er's right now for existing BMW owners. I can absolutely get you a great deal on this car. The 2011 lease deals are terrible right now.

600 is about right for a 2010 at 53k. especially with only 2k at signing. the tax alone is like 1500. So I have a feeling tax is rolled into the payment

With the current rates for leasing a 2011 at 49k with a $1500 discount off of msrp would be +or-$670 a month 12k/36months.
