how do you take apart rear console (center)???

i just installed my exhaust today... and while i LOVE the new exhaust, the added vibration from the exhaust started triggering an annoying rattle sound in the rear seat area. its definitely plastic vibrating on plastic noise. upon further inspection, it's definitely coming from the center console area just between the rear seats. (COUPE). i figured out how to remove the trim piece with the rear AC vents, and the sliding door piece (towards back). anyone know how to remove the whole center section?

Ok, my car is basically stock, and my center cubby hold plastic cover is definately rattling, any idea how to fix it? My car is under warranty, but I don't really want to take it in for this silly thing, I just want to add some foam somewhere.
