Diffuser / filter for my LED license plate lights
i got a pair of license plate LED lights from jlevi and they are freakin brightI very white and they light up the road. it's the first thing people compliment when seeing my car at night.
the problem is that i think they're a bit too bright. I was wondering if there was a diffuser or filter out there that i can cover the lens with that will diffuse out the light and make it a little softer. any ideas?

A piece of black vinyl or electrical tape would do the trick. If you want something cleaner it would be better to downgrade the lights to something not so intense as the central overcast already takes away from the look.
