Muffler + Resonator Delete Sound Clip/Video ?

I've done some searching but cannot find a sound clip of a 328i with muffler and resonator delete. I know what my muffler delete sounds like, I just want some real clarity of what it sounds like with the res. taken off.

Yes, I have heard plenty of comments that the resonator is too loud, and obnoxious, and blah blah. I want to judge for myself.

Thanks

Here is one I found, posted by member TommyK....

[u2b]<object width="640" height="505"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bGX_3zYSvj4&hl=en_US&fs=1&color1=0x006699&color2=0 x54abd6"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bGX_3zYSvj4&hl=en_US&fs=1&color1=0x006699&color2=0 x54abd6" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="505"></embed></object>[/u2b]

It's a 330i and not a 328i, but still N52 engine will sound about the same.

My pleasure. I wish that I had better videos!!!! I just never got around to taking any.

BTW it's imperative that you install quality tips, or you might have a whistle sound at higer RPMS, super annoying. My Hooker tips are sexy and pure function oriented.

Drone isn't bad, but if I have non-gearheads in my car (Mom, Grandmother, etc) I absolutely avoid cruising at ~2500 rpm, drone is annoying at 2500 rpm, just for like 100 or 200 rpms.

Don't do it! U lose hp and torq at low rpm. And the drone kills!

Have you done it/ before and after dyno?

The weight saving alone will grant you a couple of HP.

If you keep the factory air box you shouldn't see a loss, now a Injen CAI for example has been shown to cause a loss with MD or aftermarket exhaust, there is a such thing as too much air flow.

Yes, I have done a Muffler delete, but I didn't Dyno it. All my friends who driven the car before and after said that it felt drastically slower, especially at low RPM's. And when i drive it, I felt it too, so why would I dyno it when I could actually feel the difference.
