2010 Leavenworth Drive!

This drive was featured in EuroTuner last year and has been growing into one of the PNWs largest drives..... There has been folks from Cali, Or, ID and Canada who have also taken part.....

Here we go again! 10th Annual drive, can you believe it? Over 670 cars last year, help spread the word to all European car owners and enthusiasts!

Date: Saturday, June 19th, 2010
Meeting Point: Bellevue Community College – Bellevue, WA
Meeting Time: 9:00am to 10:30am
Driver's meeting: 10:30am
Leave for Leavenworth: 10:45am

Donation – There is a minimum donation of $10.00 USD per car. All proceeds will be donated to our Charity Spotlight organization.

Please come with a full tank of gas to the meeting location!

This event is not a speed or racing event, this is a casual cruise through some very scenic roads in Washington State. If you want to speed, please do it somewhere else.

There is no way that number is remotely correct. Where does it come from?

1.9 million people is 950,000 cars if we assume an average of 2 persons/car. That's approximately 4 years worth of BMW sales in the entire US. All BMWs, all states.
950 thousand E90s standing in line with almost no space in between and the first one in Leavenworth would leave the last one in line in New York.

1.9 million people is close to a third of the population of Washington state. This would mean that 1 out of every 3 people in Washington are going, with the few out-of-state folks notwithstanding.

LOL im not sure if this is sarcasm because he knows the 1.9 million is sarcasm. or if he is serious cause he thinks the original post of 1.9 million was serious.

Never the less gave me a good laugh.

Yup, exactly 1.9 million is expected and actually drive will NOT happen unless we have exactly 1.9 million people when they 'count'...better believe it son!
