will parts for e90 fit e90 335?

Im talking suspension parts such as H&R sport/race springs and anti roll bars. Will they work on the 335? I bet this has been asked before but im too lazy to search.

Also i hear that the stock shock hold up well with aftermarket shocks, is this true?

The springs will fit. I got the H&R's on my car right now. But definitely want to know about the shocks as well. Need to stiffen her up just a tad.

All the suspension components are the same between the E90s and E92.
