My new sub problem
Hey Guys, I had my subs and amp installed in my 335i sedan yesterday and the only rattle/flex I could not remove with dynamat was the fuel door. Underload, it flexes out and rattles alot. Does anyone know a solution? The problem with the fuel door is that it is not attached to anything.

Well, it's attached to a hinge, but I get that it floats. The only thing that occurs to me is foam tape on the back of the door, where the rubber stops rest when closed.
How much bass are you guys putting in these cars? Jesu Cristo! We never have these problems... |

lol yea I get more rattle out of the under trunk compartment than I do fuel door. I have a 12" Type-R powered by a JL 500/1.
Do you hear rattling in the car? I don't and my trunk rattles like crazy. Sounds cheap but I don't care. If your not in my car then you can't appreciate it. I don't care for the ones standing outside. |
