Eisenhaus Meisterschaft GT Exhaust Installed! Cold Start Video!
Recently installed the Eisenhaus Meisterschaft GT exhaust. As many of you know, this was fraudulently sold as the Eisenmann Race exhaust by Eisenhaus.
It is comprised of just the mufflers (section 3, axle-back) which need to either be clamped or welded on. I got my OEM mufflers cut off and decided to get these welded on to prevent leaks. It sounds very, very good. Below is a video I recorded of a cold start and some revving (not too much, obviously)... Edit: Video with revving and drive-by... Craigslist.
Thanks man! This was before my latest undertaking. Thanks, Steve! By the way, the Keyspan serial-to-USB adapter worked perfectly with the PROcede! Thanks a ton. Thanks. I don't get too much drone except for partial throttle around 2.9-3.1k RPM. It's not too intrusive and is hard to notice if the windows are open. I checked to see if the mufflers were rubbing on the heatshields and one of them is really close so maybe when the exhaust heats up, it expands and rubs on it which causes vibration and drone. Other than that, I have no issues with this exhaust. I love cold starts and it sounds very nice and sporty for daily driving. |
