SI B11 13 07 superceded?

Hi all. Does aenyone have access to SIBs or can tell me whether or not SI B11 13 07 has been superceded in any way by a newer SIB? I have had issues with lag and the dealer seems to not know about the Wastegate Conversion option according to this SIB for June 06' to Sept 07' MY cars. Just looking for anything that would support my battle to have this conversion done. Thanks.

Attached is the latest version from May 2009. It says this one supersedes the one from April 2009.

Can you pls. post up the link for bulletins? I know it starts with http://www.bmwtis.com/tsb/bulletins but unless you have the exact path, I believe you need to have a login to go thru the site. I used to have the link to one before, and I would just change the SIB number on it, and it would work...

EDIT: Fuzzballs... I found an old one:

http://www.bmwtis.com/tsb/bulletins/...p/B111307g.htm

And tried to replace the 6 digits with the one I'm looking for (13 82 10), but it doesn't load. Tried it without a "g" after the number too...

Hey....

Since I get the impression you're a tech or something....do you know if dealers are still loading 37.1 or have they gotten 38 in yet?
