How much weight (oz) is acceptable to balance an OEM wheel?
Just wondering. I bought some new 19" OEM wheels and they need a ton of weight to balance. Any general range? 1oz? 2oz?

Thanks. Of the four bmw oem wheels, 2 need 3oz, 1 needs 4oz and one needs 5 oz. Seemed like a lot at the time.

5oz. should be the maximum acceptable weight to balance wheel/tire.
If the vehicle has TPMS, then it will ask for more. -Charles@VMRWheels
